Create A Critter Monkey

This evening I went to Cricut Club at Craft Warehouse. It was about layering and they used CREATE-A-CRITTER!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this cart!!!! I have had it for a week but hadn't gotten a chance to use it yet. After tonight's club meeting I HAD to make SOMETHING!
I decided to make a card for my niece. Her favorite color is BLUE and she collects MONKIES so I thought she would really like this.

Good Friends are like Chocolate!

These cocoa cards went like hot cakes! I think I made about 10 of these. My Mom almost didn't get this stamp set back. :)
I used the chocolate chip stamp and stamped the edge of the card, the corner of the inside and the envelope flap. The stamp says "Good Friends are like Chocolate, something to be Savored" I used a Martha Stewart punch around the page for the lacy part around the cocoa mug.

Kitty Birthday Card

A lady at work requested a Birthday card for a friend of hers who loved kitties so this is what I came up with.

Valentine Cards

I made these Valentine cards to sell this year.

Pearl, Rhinestone B-let, Lilacs & Tea cup

I took some more pictures and picked them up from Walmart last night. I really liked them when I uploaded them but they printed so much better! This is my FAVORITE one I have taken. I had it printed at 5x7 but I think I am going to print this one at 8x10 and have it the main picture the smaller ones go around. My boss suggested I use them on my cards. I think I am going to have this one printed smaller for some Mother's Day cards. I don't know how it would look but maybe have velum over the top. I can picture it but am not sure how it will actually look. I will post a picture once I make them. Have a Wonderful Sunday!!!

Lilacs, Pearls, Lace and Rhinestones

I stopped at Mom's on my way home from work and cut a big bouquet of Lilacs. MMmmm...the house smells so good!!!! While there I also raided her jewel box for colored broaches (since all I have are clear). I put a small vase of lilacs in my bathroom and when I started to take some pictures I grabbed some. I am really liking this grouping. Here are the ones I liked the best! My cameral battery died while taking pictures so I am now waiting for my battery to charge.

Lace and Pearls

I want to re-do my bathroom. My bathroom has pink and white tile counter top and shower so I decided I want a fru-fru girly bathroom. I could not find any pictures I really liked or if I did find something I liked then I certainly couldn't afford them. SO I decided to take my own pictures and have them framed. Here are a couple of the better pictures that I took this morning.

I think I am going to go take some close ups of some of my old rhinestone broaches. I have some old perfume bottles so maybe I will try and see what I can come up with.

I sure hope the bathroom turns out like I see it in my head.

2009 Christmas Cards

This was the Christmas card I made for my Mom. I used regular white and blue card stock. The textured cardstock was from a paper pack called Safari Kids. The snowflake punch is a Martha Stewart punch around the page.

These were the cards I sent out for Christmas. I used regular black and white cardstock and the purple has a slight shimmer to it. I loooove purple! I don't remember the name of the stamp set. The snowflake punch is a Martha Stewart punch around the page.

This is the set of six Christmas cards I made for a lady at work. I just used regular colored black and white card stock. The blue card stock has a shimmer to it. I don't remember the name of the stamp set I used.

Mini 4x4 Christmas cards I handed out to everyone at work. Inside was a mini candy cane. I just used regular colored cardstock. The bear stamp was just a $1 stamp I bought from Craft Warehouse. The snowflake punch is a Martha Stewart punch around the page.
