Baby shower card - Princess Leia

Baby shower card for their little Princess.

This is for a couple who love Star Wars and when they found out they were having a little girl they, of course, decided to name their little bundle...Leia.

I put Leia on an action wobble.

Shake it baby.
Since this card was for a group to sign they needed lots of space to write their good wishes. When I cut the inside I folded it so that it did not cut the bottom of the paper. I used small round Velcro tabs to hold it up
I found a couple cute saying to put inside.
Because the card was heavy it wouldn't stand up with out sliding open flat so I added another saying on the inside flap so it wasn't just an empty tab sticking out the bottom of the card. The velcro tabs worked out great in holding the card up right.

~°~°~°~°~°~
Paper - from a paper pack.
Cricut cartridges - Everyday Paper Dolls, Paper Doll Dress Up, Robots
Stamps - Peachy Keen faces
Dies - Cheery Lynn
Other - action wobbles, gel pen, bling,

Gift Card Holders

My Stampin Up Stamp and Create Club meets tomorrow. At each months meeting we have a card swap. This is what I came up with...

It is amazing how just adding lines and dots change the flower.

I think the google eyes make the flowers even cuter!

I think they turned out super cute and I hope the ladies love them.

Mini M&M Goodie Bags

A friend is starting a stamp club that starts next week. Each month one lady will show how to do a little project. I get to show the first project. It will be little goodie bags like the prior post. They will get to choose from a bumble bee or a lady bug.
.
I wanted to make little goodie bags to hand out to the ladies attending that evening and this is what I came up with.

Goodie Bag

I made some goodies for my sister for her birthday. Which was last month so I am a little late!! It has two beaded bracelets and a sun catcher she can hang in her car. Unfortunatly I have misplaced my camera but once I find it I will post the pictures. This one was taken with my cell phone so it isn't the best. I love the huge googly eyes. I was going to use smaller ones but I just loved the big ones.

I used my favorite cartridge...Create-a-Critter! I cut the little bumble bee at 4".
.
The paper size is 4.25" by I think 5".
.
Martha Stewart punch around the page - scallops.

MPS Challenge - NSD Challenge #7 "HEY DAD"

~ National Scrapbook Day~
My Pink Stamper had challenges all day today.
Challenge #7~
Make something for a "Dad" or guy in your life. It does not have to be for Father's Day but try to make it masculine.
.
I decided to make a card for my Dad for Father's Day.
I cut two of the shadow robots and glued the top part together so it stands and so I could write a message inside for my Dad.
I used the "window" feature for the belly of the robot. I used a piece of plastic to make the little window. I used the Martha Stewart punch around the page for the hearts.
