My Biggest Loser Journey - week 6

If your dog is fat, you're not getting enough exercise. ~Author Unknown

The end of week six! I can't believe I have made it this far. My work out buddy couldn't make it this week so I had Mike's full attention...*running screaming out of the gym*!!!!! Not sure if I liked it or not!?

Not working out for six days was torture on Tuesday night. My body ached so bad when I got up Wednesday morning it was not fun but NO where NEAR as bad as week one!

Tonight was 130 squats, 75 mountain climbers, 90 leg lifts, 90 sit ups with my legs in the air (he held them...wooo hoo), 90 squat arm curls, and then he wanted me to run for three minutes. NOOOOooooo....by then my thighs were so week I couldn't even run 2 seconds. Wooo Hoooo...got out of that! Driving home was a challenge, thank goodness I have an automatic because I'm not sure if I could have pushed the clutch down to shift...hehe.

Still no weigh in or measureing but I did notice this past weekend I kept pulling up my pants.

ON TO WEEK SEVEN!!!

My Biggest Loser Journey - week 1

Week 1 is OVER!!!
.
What have I gotten myself into? I have never worked with a trainer before so this is a new experience for me. I seriously didn't think I would make it through the first night let alone all three nights.
.
When I woke up Wednesday morning I was thinking I was thankful I didn't have to work but HELLO THURSDAY!!! Oh my goodness, I could barely MOVE! Then came the stairs at work. 30 very painful steps! I am so glad I could provide entertainment for my co-workers! They were laughing while I was crying and begging for a slide to go down...lol.
.
We weighed in Monday night. I lost two pounds since my surgery 14months ago. Add those two pounds back and that is the heaviest I have ever been. *sigh* My goal is to loose 90-100lbs.
.
Three nights a week for an hour. I don't know if I can do this. Our trainer, Mike, promises it will get easier we just have to hang in there. I don't believe him...lol.
.
On to week two!

My Biggest Loser Journey

About three months ago I changed massage theropists. Come to find out we went to school together...small world. I was a freshman and she was a senior and we were on the volleyball team together.
.
Her practice is in a gym and I had made comment about how I wished I could get motivated to work out like when I was living in Cali. I have gained about 50lbs since I moved back to Oregon and I feel miserable. Dee said "Hey, we should see if one of the guys here could train us". Silly me "sure that sounds great". Open mouth...insert foot!!
.
Guess what we are signed up for? You got it!!!
.
We start next week....NOOOOOOOOO!!!!
